The “Capital” to join the organizations supporting the adoption of amendments to the non-profit (NPLEA). Requested changes in three main areas: to set up a Council for Civil Society Development Council of Ministers to participate in the development and implementation of policies to support the development of civil society; be established to fund the state budget on a competitive basis to support civic initiatives of public importance; registration of NGOs be transferred from district courts to the Registry Agency.
As one of the leading non-governmental organizations that advocate for the adoption of these changes, the Bulgarian Centre for Non-Profit Law (BCNL) launched the campaign “15 years since the adoption of the Non – believe in change!” In which celebrities, public figures and prominent experts different areas of public life explains why changes in the law are important.
