In 2015 a project for Bulgarian NGOs capacity building was conducted. Best practices of Bulgarian NGOs were promoted to encourage philanthropy, volunteering, membership and partnership as a source of resources (financial and human) for NGOs and transmit knowledge and expertise to less experienced organizations.
